For trainees and students, a letter of confirmation from the Head of Department on departmental letterhead must be sent separately to delta2010(at)eurocongress.com. Students older than 37 can request a waiver from this age restriction, by providing a brief explanation and a letter from the Department Chair confirming their student status. |

Confirmation of registration
After you have registered via the website, you will receive a written confirmation by email. Registrations received by the Conference Secretariat after 20 September 2010 will not be confirmed in writing. This does not mean that you are not registered. Please bring the proof of payment of your registration fee with you when you travel to Rotterdam.
Cancellation of registration
The deadline for cancellation of registration is September 1, 2010. The conference organiser must be notified in writing of any cancellation (delta10(at)eurocongress.com). An administration fee of € 75.00 will be charged for all cancellations. Payments will be refunded after the conference. Please note that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 1 September 2010.
After 25 September 2010 registration via the website will not be possible and you are requested to register on-site at the conference.
Cloakroom and luggage
A cloakroom including a luggage storage area is located in the registration area, near the entrance.
Coffee, tea, lunches
During breaks coffee, tea and lunches will be served free of charge to participants wearing their name badge.
Conference language
The official language of the conference is English.
First aid
A first aid service is present on the ground level of the WTC.
Insurance
Registration for this conference implies that the participant agrees that the organisers do not assume any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements in respect of medical, travel and personal insurance.
Internet corner
As a courtesy to all delegates, an internet corner will be available.
Liability and Insurance
The registration does not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents, sickness, cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal possessions. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.

Social Events
All registered participants are cordially invited to attend the receptions. The official Conference Dinner can be booked as an extra (extra charge € 50).

For speakers a slide preview room will be available.
Visa and letter of invitation
Please check with the Dutch Embassy concerning your visa regulations when making travel arrangements.
The Conference Secretariat will send letters of invitation only to registered participants upon request. It should be understood that this letter is only to help delegates to raise travel funds or to obtain a visa and is not a commitment on the part of the organisers to provide any financial support. Applications for a letter of invitation should be received by the Conference Secretariat before 27 August 2010. Applications received after 27 August 2010 will not be dealt with.
