GENERAL INFORMATION

Confirmation / Acknowledgement
All reservations made on this website require a valid email address. A confirmation / acknowledgement of your reservation will be sent to you immediately upon completion of the online process. If you choose to make your reservation via fax or mail, a confirmation will be sent to you within 3 working days following receipt of your request.

Selection of hotels
In close consultation with the organisation, the RAI Hotel & Travel Service has made a selection of hotels in Rotterdam for you. We offer hotels near the World Trade Centre, as well as in the historical city centre of Rotterdam. Also a selection of hotel categories (3- to 5-star) and rates has been made. In the hotel list you can read a comprehensive description of each hotel.

Excellent Hotel Rates
As we handle hotel reservations for many large and small events in Rotterdam throughout the year, we are able to offer you the lowest available hotel rates for the Deltas in Times of Climate Change 2010. RAI Hotel & Travel Service maintains an excellent relationship with all hotels in and around Rotterdam.

Individual room reservations (maximum 9 rooms) & Group reservations (10 rooms or more)
Individual Reservations for up to 9 rooms in one hotel can be made through this web site. An acknowledgement of your reservation will be sent to you immediately via email upon completion of the online process.
Group Reservations for 10 rooms or more can only be made by special request. Please choose your preferred hotel in our hotel list and send us your exact request: name of event, number of rooms, guests' names, arrival and departure dates, room type (single or double), preferred hotel and/or location and maximum room rate by email or fax. A tailormade offer will be sent to you within 3 working days following the receipt of your request

Guarantee with credit card
All individual reservations made on this website require a guarantee with a valid credit card. Our web site is fully secure, so it is completely safe to enter your credit-card details in order to confirm your reservation. You may reserve a maximum of 4 rooms per credit card.

Cancellations / Changes
Notification of cancellations and changes to individual reservations can be made directly through this website. After completing your reservation you will receive a password. With this password and your email address you can change or cancel your reservation. Changes and cancellations can also be made in writing to the RAI Hotel & Travel Service. Changes to reservations with arrival times during a weekend or on a Monday can only be processed if received before 5 p.m. (CET) on the preceding Friday.

Cancellations of individual reservations will be charged an administration fee of EUR 15 per room. For cancellations received within 48 hours prior to the arrival date, the hotel is entitled to charge the first night's room rate.
Cancellation and payment conditions for group reservations are different and will be sent to you together with our offer.
